Mr. Smith practices in the real estate law area representing lenders, developers, investors and corporate entities throughout the United States. His experience encompasses all aspects of a general real estate practice including the acquisition, financing, development, management, leasing, and sales of office buildings, office-warehouses, subdivisions, and apartments. Mr. Smith is a regular speaker to various real estate groups, title companies, and real estate brokers.
