Mr. Byars practices real estate law. He represents developers, investors and financial institutions and has experience in real estate acquisitions, financing, development, management, marketing, leasing and sales. Mr. Byars is listed in The Best Lawyers in America; he has been listed by Texas Monthly magazine as a Texas "Super Lawyer"; and he has been listed by Corporate Counsel magazine as one of the "Best Lawyers" in real estate. Mr. Byars is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law of the American Bar Association, the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Real Estate Section of the Travis County Bar Association.
