Jayne Stark

Jayne Stark focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leases, large scale purchase and sale transactions, and various instruments relating to real estate development.

Prior to joining Armbrust & Brown, Jayne’s experience included service as outside counsel to a nationwide retailer in retail lease negotiations and the representation of various state agencies and landowners with respect to state and federal environmental compliance and advocacy. Before moving to Texas from the Northeast, Jayne’s legal practice included both transactions and litigation for various general civil matters, as well as the representation of real estate developers relative to property acquisitions, dispositions, and related partnership and financing agreements.
