NATALIE JONES
Natalie Jones is a certified human resources professional with more than twenty years of administrative and operational experience supporting leading law firms in Austin, Texas. As Human Resources Director at Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, she oversees all aspects of human resources and office administration, ensuring the firm operates efficiently and effectively.
Natalie plays a central role in supporting the firm’s professional culture by managing employee recognition, firm events, and internal communications that foster a well-organized and collaborative workplace. Her responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, policy development, and employment law compliance. She also directs the firm’s administrative functions, including support services and reception.
Partnering closely with firm leadership, Natalie develops scalable HR systems, advances policy updates, and leads process improvement and change management initiatives. She is also responsible for training coordination and employee relations.
Before joining Armbrust & Brown, Natalie held senior HR and administrative positions at respected law firms including Pirkey Barber, Jackson Walker, and Norton Rose Fulbright. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University, holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Texas at Austin, and is SHRM-CP certified.
Outside the office, Natalie enjoys running, traveling, attending live music events, and spending time with her family.
