BLAKE ELLIS

Blake Ellis specializes in public finance law, serving as general counsel to a number of municipal utility districts and other special districts that construct and finance water, sewer, drainage, road, and recreational facilities in communities throughout Central Texas. His practice also involves representing developers and landowners in connection with the creation of special districts and the negotiation of utility, road, and recreational amenity development and financing agreements. Blake also practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and business transactions.

Prior to joining Armbrust & Brown, Blake worked both in-house and in private practice, representing clients in the areas of upstream oil and gas transactions and operations, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.
