Caroline Cho’s practice encompasses commercial and residential real estate transactions and development. She advises developers and property owners on the acquisition, financing, development, ownership, leasing, and disposition of real property.

Representative Experience

• Represented a developer in the $800 million acquisition of multiple master-planned communities in the Dallas, Houston, and Austin, Texas metropolitan areas
• Represented a developer in the $44 million acquisition of multiple master-planned communities in the San Antonio and Houston metropolitan areas
• Represented a national home builder in the acquisition of 900 acres in Sugar Land, Texas, in connection with a land-banking transaction valued at more than $90 million
• Represented a national home builder in the purchase of 171 finished lots for a purchase price of $20 million
• Represented multiple developers in the issuance of $195 million in tax-exempt revenue anticipation and improvement and refunding bonds by a conduit issuer to fund eligible infrastructure costs
• Represented the purchaser in the $60 million acquisition of an office building in Austin, Texas
• Represented a Los Angeles-based real estate investor in the acquisition of industrial warehouse properties in Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Texas totaling over $150 million
