Jordan Young focuses on general civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various areas, including construction, real estate, and other complex business litigation.
Representative Experience
Before moving to Austin in 2025, Jordan was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2022-2025, where her experience included:
- Counseling an internet-based payment platform in an internal investigation
- Assisting in fact development for a large social media company in connection with congressional inquiries
- Representing an internet-based payment platform in an inquiry by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
- Representing a veteran before the Board for Correction of Naval Records
- Advising clients on complex cross-border transactions and international trade matters
