Mark's practice in Central Texas is in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation and construction law. A large portion of Mark's docket also includes representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the State of Texas, including natural gas explosions, fire cases, products liability and oilfield accidents. Mark was an editor of the South Texas Law Review and is a member of Leadership Austin and the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas and Texas Bar Foundation Fellows. Mark's favorite local charity work is for Mobile Loaves and Fishes for more than a decade and Alpha Prison Ministry.
