Mr. Hawkins practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation and construction law, as well as handles disputes involving governmental entities. Mark has represented clients in arbitration and in state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas. He was an editor of the South Texas Law Review and served as an author for publications of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. Mark is actively involved in public affairs and is a member of Leadership Austin and the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
